Parks Guide
This guide highlights many of the parks, preserves and facilities owned and/or managed by Sarasota County.
Some of the park amenities in this guide are associated with park improvement projects that are anticipated to be completed in the coming months. These park improvement projects include:
- Challenger Park - Basketball, multi-sport court
- Osprey Junction Trailhead - Restrooms
- Scherer Thaxton Preserve - Restrooms, fishing pier
- Deer Prairie Creek Preserve - Fishing pier
